Skill Testing

Skill testing plays a significant role in our assessment process. We test every one of our candidates before we will refer them to our Clients for work to help ensure the best possible placement.

Personal Interviews

Each candidate is thoroughly interviewed by a Staffing Sense recruiter so that we can learn firsthand of their past employment experiences, personal preferences and career objectives, which serves as vital information when trying to identify the best possible candidate(s) for each specific job opening.

Reference Checking

Before we refer a candidate to a Client for an assignment, we always check at least two professional references to make sure they not only can meet our Client’s specific hiring requirements, but Staffing Sense's high standards as well.

Computer Training

The best pre-hire method for evaluating a candidate’s computer skills is seeing them perform tasks in an actual work environment. Staffing Sense offers free computer-based tutorials to all of our candidates, which has proven to be both an effective assessment tool and an excellent training resource.

Quality Checks

Fulfilling our Clients’ requirements does not end with the placement. We will contact our Clients during and after assignments to ensure that our temporary and temporary-to-hire employees are at least meeting, if not exceeding, their expectations.
