Resume Screening – we will post ads online which are specific to your company’s open position(s) requirements and desired qualifications. We will then screen through each submitted resume to find the most qualified candidates for your company.
Reference Checking – we will call at least three references and ask open-ended questions about the candidate’s work experience. This process allows us to make sure the candidate not only meets our client’s specific hiring requirements, but Staffing Sense's high standards as well.
Personal Interviews - each candidate is thoroughly interviewed by a Staffing Sense recruiter so that we can learn firsthand of their past employment experiences, personal preferences and career objectives, which serves as vital information when trying to identify the best possible candidate(s) for each specific job opening.
Skill Testing – these tests measure computer/technical skills as well as industry-specific knowledge. Our skill testing software provides over 1000 fully customizable tests in the following categories:
Outplacement Services – these services enable organizations to focus their energies on business operations rather than diverting considerable time and energy needed to support leavers and the morale of the retained team. This is a series of comprehensive workshops designed to provide the practical and emotional career coaching support that will enable individuals to navigate the competitive job market and move into new employment as soon as possible. Payroll Services - utilizing our Payroll Services allows you to have permanent or temporary personnel working at your company without having to process their new hire paperwork, weekly/bi-weekly payroll, and filing taxes. With this service, our clients are relieved from the responsibility of offering medical benefits, workers' compensation claims, statutory taxes, unemployment claims, and the management of the daily HR issues as they pertain to coaching, counseling, hiring and terminations, and other related issues.
