FRONT OFFICE COORDINATOR - MEDICAL OFFICE                             Seacoast, NH

Seacoast Healthcare Company is looking for an experienced candidate for their Front Office Coordinator position. This role will assist in both front and back office duties, including  that  of administrative duties and front office reception, patient check-in/checkout, appointment schedule and administrative duties as required. The right candidate must have a proven track record in a medical office setting or healthcare, as he or she will be responsible for front office operations, including patient processing, check in/checkout, follow ups and customer service in a busy, fast paced environment.

This is a part-time position, hours will be 9:00am-12:00pm Monday-Friday

Duties to include:  

  • Follow-up patient calls and appointment scheduling

  • Patient check-in

  • Greeting and processing incoming patients

  • Maintaining front office administration

  • Phone coverage and basic reception work

Requirements:

  • Prior medical healthcare and office experience preferred

  • Excellent communication and computer skills

  • Ability to be flexible in a varied work day and assignments

Full-Time Positions:

Shifts/Pay Rates:      

1st shift - 6:45am - 3:15am     $ 15.58/hr

2nd shift - 3:45pm-12:15am     $ 16.81/hr.

3rd shift - 10:30pm-7:00am     $ 17.43/hr.

Duration:  This is a temporary position of an indefinite length.  Individuals who show exemplary performance may be eligible for permanent hire after a minimum of three months of service.

Attendance:  Strong attendance is extremely important and closely monitored.

Duties will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Operating a variety of office equipment in the preparation, processing and mailing of passports and passport related documents.
  • Utilizing computer operating systems to include document preparation, creation of document batches, document imaging, scanning and reviewing, retrieval of individual application information, data entry, book printing, the generation of mailing labels and sorting and affixing postage to sealed envelopes.
  • Performing quality checks for standard fee information on individual applications.
  • Following pre-set pattern for document sequencing.
  • Basic filing to insert and retrieve applications packages from file cabinets.
  • Scanning applications
